- Pay as you go:- £35* per session
- Pre-pay: 5 x 1-2-1 Personal Training Sessions -£150-SAVING YOU £25
- Pre-pay: 10 x 1-2-1 Personal Training Sessions -£280- SAVING YOU £70
- Pre-pay: 20 x 1-2-1 Personal Training Sessions -£500-SAVING YOU £200
Friend / Partner Training
Include a friend / spouse with the above, offering a challenging, partner-based training session
- Pay as you:- £20* per person per session
- Pre-pay:- £19 per person per session for 5 sessions
- Pre-pay:- £18 per person per session for 10 sessions
- Pre-pay:- £16 per person per session for 20 sessions
