Attention to detail You will be provided with an initial health and fitness questionnaire that will include physical tests and an insight into your current eating habits. This will enable me to benchmark your current fitness ability allowing you to achieve your short and long term goals. Based on your testing and goals, a customised path will follow from your current state of fitness. An important part of this strategy is your nutritional plan and this will work in conjunction with your physical training. The physical training will be structured, well paced and constantly progressive, allowing you to achieve incredible goals in strength, conditioning, fat loss and health & vitality. As you progress, so will your program. You’ll always be challenged and pushed to reach new levels of fitness and health. You will be taught how to stop wasting time and start making real progress in real results. How does it work? Simply purchase 3 months or 6 months of online personal training via PayPal, and I’ll e-mail you the questionnaire. The form will allow me to get all the information necessary to create a master program to help you meet your fitness and health goals. I’ll then e-mail you your program. Every week on Sunday you will receive your new updated training plan for that week. You can call, text, email, or Facebook message me any questions and comments. You will have periodic re-testing to tweak your program and ensure that you are on track. Your program will include videos and images demonstrating all the exercises in your plan. Convenience All your workouts require only a few pieces of equipment with alternatives to train just using your body weight. You can use bodyweight training or mix it in with the use of a kettlebell, Jungle Gym or a med ball. For busy people with a constant schedule of challenges, Kick Ass Fitness Online Personal Training is the perfect fit as you can do it in your home, the garden, your local park or even your hotel room whilst on business, so a perfect program that can be performed anywhere at any time.
