I am Warwickshire’s only Certified IKFF International Kettlebell Fitness Federation Kettlebell Trainer, under the internationally acclaimed coach Steve Cotter.The IKFF prides itself as being an evolving and ever improving organization – thus, you can feel confident that you are truly learning a cutting edge system and methodology that will deliver results while at the same time ensuring your safety.

I use the highest quality Pro-Grade competition kettlebells, recommended by the IKFF, delivering performance and technical perfection; there really is no better kettlebell available. These can be purchased on the Kick Ass Fitness web shop.

You will be trained in all the fundamental kettlebell exercises, several variations and most importantly the key physical training principles associated with each movement.  You will learn and master exercises such as the swing, the clean, the jerk, the long cycle, the snatch and the Turkish get-up. You will learn the correct body mechanics, proper breathing techniques, pacing, movement efficiency and the training  drills required for mastering the key lifts.

Please note that when training with me the kettlebell is NOT used as a gimmick as in ‘Kettlercise’ or ‘Kettleworx‘. When training with me you will learn the proper mechanics/alignment, breathing and groove (k-bell trajectory and position) for all the classical lifts. Kettlebell training is very effective for high level fitness, strength, conditioning and vitality. However, you must know what you are doing. Learn the proper use of kettlebells before it is too late.
