The KAF Kettlebell Level 1 course is perfect for personal trainers who want to learn how to use and teach kettlebells or sports participants who want to take their training to higher levels of fitness.
You will learn the proper mechanics, alignment, breathing and groove (kettlebell trajectory and position) for all the classical lifts, that will help take your training to new levels of conditioning, fitness and mental toughness.
The Level 1 course focuses on two key points:
1. Mastery of the basics – You will learn the fundamental kettlebell exercises, several variations and most importantly, the key physical training principles underlying and associated with each movement.
2. Functional efficiency – Kettlebell training is part of the bigger program of emphasising holistic fitness by using the body as an integrated whole with the body and mind working in harmony. This is how the body works in life and sport, and your training needs to reflect this.
