My training methods will connect your body to its natural instincts and the joy of whole body movements,  reaping greater rewards than you ever thought possible.

  • Instead of a spin class, try a Kettlebell class
  • Instead of 45 minutes of boring cardio, try some rope skipping sprints and sledge hammer tyre strikes
  • Instead of the leg press or hamstring curl machine try doing explosive jumps onto a box or tractor tyre
  • Instead of a 30 minute jog on the treadmill, try some kettlebell juggling
  • Instead of some stretching before a workout try some medicine ball slams and wood chops
  • Instead of the ‘Perfect Push-up’, try push-ups on the Jungle Gym, fitness rings or balancing on a pair of kettlebells

Based in Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshire; Mike Eves is an NASM Certified Natural Fitness Trainer and Warwickshire’s only IKFF Certified Kettlebell Teacher.  Locations covered for personal traning and kettlebell training include Stratford upon Avon, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Rugby,  Kenilworth, Banbury, Wellesbourne, Shipston, Evesham, Coventry, Solihull, Bromsgrove,  Alcester, Chipping Campden, Cheltenham, Redditch plus more.
